This benchmark report analyzes interactive campus storytelling practices across 423 admissions offices surveyed between June 2024 and November 2024, examining implementation approaches, technology platforms, engagement metrics, and yield rate impacts. The findings reveal that institutions incorporating interactive storytelling elements—particularly digital displays showcasing student experiences, alumni success, and institutional heritage—report yield rate improvements ranging from 18% to 31% compared to traditional tour-only approaches.
